How this course works best is by taking the time to truly hone each step.
Spend a week at least with each of the Bolt & L-S-D steps.
This allows you to truly integrate what you learn. Once you've got the technique down pat, I would recommend practising functional breathing for at least 12 weeks straight with intention and repetition daily, so you can help your brain recognise this pattern of breath as the norm again.
It takes 66 days to rewire your brain, and 6 months to cement it long term.
Don't be scared by these numbers, even after a few days of practising correctly, you will see and feel changes that will inspire to continue.
